At Pet PAw, we want you (and your pets!) to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Non-returnable items:
Perishable goods (e.g. pet food, treats).
Grooming products once opened.
Custom-made or personalized items.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Once we receive and inspect your return:
We will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds for services are available if:
Canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment.
The service was not delivered as promised (evaluated on a case-by-case basis).
Late cancellations may incur a fee or be non-refundable.
